Welcome to South Pottery Art. I'm Rebecca South, and I create small-batch, handmade pottery pieces designed to bring joy and uniqueness to your home. Alongside custom work, I offer private pottery classes for all skill levels in a cozy garden studio near my home on the South Shore.

Whether you're looking for a favourite mug, a special gift, or a hands-on creative experience, I'd love to help you make something beautiful.

Intro to Pottery: 5-Week Workshop

Join us at South Pottery Art for a hands-on creative journey. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to get back into the clay, this course is designed to guide you in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Class Schedule

Private Group Experience

Perfect for Team Building, Friends' Night Out, or Special Celebrations

Looking for a unique way to bond with your colleagues or catch up with friends? South Pottery Art offers private, one-time workshops tailored to your group's schedule.

The Experience

In this 2.5-hour session, your group will get a hands-on introduction to hand building.

Custom Glazing: At the end of the session, you'll choose your favorite glaze color from our studio selection. Rebecca will handle the glazing process for you, ensuring your piece looks beautiful and is food-safe!

Pick-up: Your finished masterpieces will be fired, glazed, and ready for pick-up approximately 2–3 weeks after your class.

You Choose the Date: Available weekdays, evenings, or weekends (subject to studio availability).
Duration: 2.5 Hours.
Group Size: Minimum of 4 people required maximum of 6 for private bookings.
